SHIPPING & HANDLING INFORMATION FOR MAGIC TOUCH WIGS

Verification of payment takes 3 business days. Your order will be shipped out with in 24 hours after verification of payment. This is a part of our continuing effort in helping to prevent fraud.

All orders made Monday - Friday after 12 pm PST will be processed the following business day. All orders made during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the following business day (Monday). We are closed all major holidays.

We are not accepting international orders presently.

Note: Hair products such as glue, tape and all wig accessories are not returnable.

For your protection we do not ship any orders to P.O. Boxes. This is a part of our continuing effort in helping to prevent fraud. AT THIS TIME, WE DO NOT OFFER OVERNIGHT DELIVERY.

Rush Delivery: For an additional $25.00 added to your standard shipping and processing charges, you can upgrade your regular shipping to Rush Shipping. Our rush shipments will arrive in 3-4 business days from the day your order is shipped.

Note: Rush orders are only for continental United States and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

STANDARD DELVIERY

We ship all orders within 3-4 business days from receipt of order. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. The fee for shipping and handling applies to your complete order, even if an item is back-ordered and requires multiple shipments.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund. We must receive your returned merchandise in NEW condition (not worn or altered in anyway) within 7 days of the original ship date. Exchanged orders are shipped to you free of charge (excluding the cost of rush service.) Return on products received after 7 days will require a $15.00 restock fee on each item. Items may only be returned if tags are still attached. There is a $10.00 transaction fee applied to all returns. If you return any of the items purchased as part of a discount or special offer, your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Note: All exchanges and refunds are processed within 3 business days of receipt. Allow mail carrier up 4 weeks total turnaround.

ATTENTION: A $25.00 surcharge will be applied to credit cards declined for insufficient funds. AT THIS TIME WE DO NOT OFFER OVERNIGHT DELIVERY.

All orders that are canceled or refused after being shipped will be charged $25.00 restocking fee. Return on products received after 7 days will require a $15.00 restock fee on each item. Items may only be returned if tags are still attached. There is a $10.00 transaction fee applied to all returns. There is a $25.00 restocking fee for all order of $200.00 or more. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
